Xmass eve.

Since I took those photos on December 24th I wanted to post them here ! And, no, it's too late :)

My family and I decided to spend the christmas eve diner in a japanese + chinese restaurant. It was so good and so cheap compare to France. It was actually so kitch to spend this very special night in this kind of restautant ! Ha ha.

And after that we went to this local church near the hotel to attend the midnight mass.

Thrift stores in Rome.

As I told you in the last post, this is the thrift stores street (Vial del Governo Vecchio). Here are some shot I made over there although I have been told not to take any picture in 2 of the 3 thrift stores. I've never really understood why, actually. Ha Ha.

Hey guys ! Here we are, 2012 !

I wish an Happy New Year to all my followers/readers and to everybody ! I wont set principles for the upcoming year that I won't be able to keep. So I'm just gonna try to blog more often & more regularly. For all the rest, just gonna keep taking photo, keep travelling (try to travel more ? - I just can't live without travelling).

I wish you also all the best for your-self, friends + family. I hope you had a great New Year's eve with all your loved ones. And never forget you were born this way, baby. Put your paws up for 2012 !

To give you a little background of the picture above, I took it in Rome in a thrift store on Via Del Governo Vecchio. This street is actually the street of the thrift stores, it's very cool and there are lots of stuff to find + buy ! I'm gonna make a special post with all the photos I took there, (very) soon I promise. And the song below is 'Song To The Siren' which was written by Tim Buckley and was released in 1970. It was covered by many musicians, here is the version by This Mortal Coil. I actually heard it for the first time in the David Lynch's 1997 film "Lost Highway". I love it. It's very relaxing, it could be a good way to start 2012...

It's actually 2:32 in the morning and I'm still up.

I spent the evening in town with of a friend of mine & we went to a night-sale at one of my favorite art gallery, to this little restaurant I particularly love + after that to my favorite bar. And now I have to pack up all my stuff for tomorrow coz I'm leaving for Rome for 1 week ! I'm spending Xmas there with my parents. I never get tired of this city !! During the Xmas time it's quite magical, very cold though...

Hey !

I'm really sorry guys I'm a very bad blogger right now ! And I actually hate it when I don't have any time for blogging ! I'm spending all my time studying all day long for the 1st semester final exams which gonna be next week. Wish me luck ! After that I'm going to Rome, Italy. So, as I always do, I'll be back with lots of new photos to post here in January after the 2nd part of the exams & when I'll be back with my normal life...


If I have enough time before that I wanna work on a series of photo on the theme of Xmas in my town (Toulon, France). The Xmas Village, the Ice rink + a carousel were installed on different town squares. And the illuminations are amazing ! I must shoot all that !

I'm sure you have noticed I've made some changes on the blog by adding some pages above & I'm also sure you have noticed that those pages are empty... I promise I'm gonna remedy to that as soon as I can !
